What is float therapy?

Float therapy is a deeply relaxing experience where you float effortlessly in a pod filled with warm water and Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate).

The high salt concentration allows your body to float weightlessly, helping you release tension, ease muscle pain, and quiet your mind

The water is heated to skin temperature and saturated with Epsom salt, allowing you to float effortlessly.

This zero-gravity environment removes pressure from joints and muscles, while the absence of light and sound helps your brain enter a meditative, deeply restorative state.

After a short introduction, you’ll shower and enter your private float room.

Once inside the pod, you can choose to float with the lid open or closed, with lights on or off, and soothing music if you wish.

You’ll float for about 45 to 50 minutes.

A gentle sound will play through the speaker at the end of your session, signaling it’s time to come out of the pod, shower, and continue your day feeling refreshed and recharged.

Yes — floating is completely safe and suitable for most people.

You remain in full control of the pod at all times, and our staff are always nearby if you need any assistance.

After every single session, the water in each pod is fully filtered and sanitized using:

  • Ozone (O₃)
  • UV light
  • 10-micron filtration system

Our staff also clean and disinfect the entire room and pod thoroughly between every customer.

You can float comfortably in light swimwear.

We also provide disposable swimwear at the centre for your convenience.

Yes! Float therapy can be especially beneficial during pregnancy — it helps relieve pressure on the joints, reduces back pain, and improves sleep.

We recommend consulting your doctor before your first session, especially during the first trimester.

Floating may not be suitable for people with:

  • Open wounds or skin infections
  • Incontinence
  • Epilepsy (unless medically cleared)
  • Serious kidney conditions or reduced kidney function
  • Any other serious medical conditions without a doctor’s approval

If in doubt, please speak with your physician before booking.

Yes, as long as you use proper menstrual protection (tampon or menstrual cup).

If you’re not comfortable, we recommend rescheduling your session.

Yes, you can — but please note that saltwater may affect certain types of extensions, especially synthetic ones (like Kanekalon or Toyokalon).

We advise checking with your stylist and ensuring your extensions are tightly secured before your float.

To get the most out of your session:

  • Avoid caffeine or heavy meals 1–2 hours before floating.
  • Don’t shave or wax right before your session (salt may sting).
  • Remove all jewelry and contact lenses.
  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax and prepare.
